Arrival & Access
Check-in is from 3:00pm. You’ll receive your access code via SMS shortly before arrival. Early check-in may be possible but can only be confirmed the afternoon prior.
Linen & Towels
Bed linen and one bath towel per guest are provided. Please bring your own pool, lake, or beach towels.
Guest Amenities
To reduce waste, we provide eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Guests may wish to bring additional personal toiletries.
No Party Policy
This property operates under a strict No Party & No Excessive Noise policy in line with NSW Short-Term Rental legislation and local council laws. It is located in a residential area. Breaches may result in bond claims, eviction, or further charges.
